Prices & Payment
All prices quoted on-line and
in our Buyers-Guide are (GBP) and exclude VAT. This will be added to your
invoice at the current rate of 17.5%.
Paying for your on-line orders
is easy and safe and is managed by Protx Software. Protx is a UK payment
gateway that specialises in processing secure online credit card transactions.
Simply follow the options provided to you when you go to the checkout.
For off-line orders we
accept payment by BACS, cheque and major Debit and Credit Cards. Account
facilities are also available by application.
Lead-times vary across our product
range and are highlighted throughout this site. Expected delivery will
be advised with your order confirmation and if for any reason we cannot
meet this date we will advise you accordingly.

VAT) delivery is £15.95
For orders £351 to £999 (excluding VAT) delivery is £25.95
For orders above £1,000 (excluding VAT) delivery is £30.00
Deliveries to Northern Ireland,
IOM, IOW & Scottish Highlands & Islands a surcharge of £25
will be added.
Timed deliveries, Saturday deliveries
and Same Day deliveries are all available by arrangement at extra cost.
Confirmation of your order
will be emailed to you. Please check all the details are correct and advise
us immediately of any discrepancies.

Faulty / Damaged Goods
.We take great care to
ensure your products arrive with you in perfect condition and as you expect
them. If in the unlikely event that the goods are faulty or appear to
have been damaged in transit, please call us immediately
Stock items ordered in error
may be returned by you for a credit / exchange. Please notify us before returning goods and ensure goods are returned within
7 days in their original condition and packaging.
A refund or credit to your account
will be minus the original carriage costs.
